  • Where is the store based?

    Everett, WA

  • Do you accept orders placed outside of the US?

    Yes I do! Sadly shipping does cost more, but I lowball it as much as I can.

  • How long will it take to receive my order?

    I'm just one person who is shipping these, but I try to get it out within a week or two. Then it should arrive to you (in the united states) within a week or so. Overseas is always a little longer but I try to send via tracking so we have some estimate.

  • Can i put my pottery in the microwave?

    On the whole, microwaving liquids can be super dangerous, so please don't! Most of the cups can handle it but I suggest against it. ESPECIALLY NO if it has any gold or metal detailing. Will be marked on the listing as well.

  • Can you make me something custom?

    Maybe! Send me an email at [email protected] and let me know what you're thinking! Custom orders take a couple months to complete and may or may not be doable depending on what clay and glazes I have in stock, but we can surely talk!
